My only problem with this order was the delivery time. When checking the tracking, after being told it was on the way was the lack of movement. It seemed to stay in one place for so long. Also the delivery date kept changing. I was about to cancel my order when it finally arrived. I realise it was in the pre Christmas rush but that was no excuse as other deliveries arrived very promptly. If this carrier is being used again it will make me think twice about ordering again
