Bra moves around but is also oddly too tight even though they told me to get this size

A very supportive bra - especially for my running. I lie the fact that the padding is fixes - so it doesn't scrunch in the wash! The clip at the back works well - but is a little difficult to get hold of when I am putting on the bra - I feel like it needs to be about an inch higher to be able to grab it easier. Straps are comfortable.
