- Package your item up and print the label and attach. Please include a note indicating the reason for return and what you would like to exchange for or if you would prefer a refund. (Tip, you can use the existing packaging the item came in, simply reseal with tape and remove or cover any mailing labels)

Terrible. I purchased a different brand in my usual size and it didn’t fit because the band was several centimetres shorter than the Elomi band. I took photos and sent an email. My point was how disappointing it is that sizes are so different. I got a bland response suggesting an online fitting or ringing the store. What use is that advice? If it is useful there was nothing in the email to help me understand that. As a larger size person my purchasing options/ suppliers are limited and bland unhelpful information (perhaps AI generated) is useless and adds to my frustration.
