How to return or exchange (Customers within Australia):

Email customercare@curvy.com.au and we will email you with instructions on how to return the parcel to us, free of charge. Please quote your order number. (Tip, you can reply to your order confirmation email as this will have all your order details in it).
Package your item up and print the label and attach. Please include a note indicating the reason for return and what you would like to exchange for or if you would prefer a refund. (Tip, you can use the existing packaging the item came in, simply reseal with tape and remove or cover any mailing labels)

I like the wire-free bra, but bought it for the J hook feature that was pictured on the website (this has now been fixed since I brought it to your attention)… this feature is NOT included on the bra, so I was fairly un-impressed with my initial Curvy experience to be honest. It’s frustrating when something is not as advertised. This is my 2nd review for this item, but apparently the 1st one wasn’t published? I’m keeping the bra (was offered a return, and have received great customer service following my complaint ⭐️)

This bra is comfy and give good support. I ordered size 4 but found the band a bit tight so bought a bra extender which solved the problem.
